We do not refund or exchange items if you change your mind.
For hygiene and safety reasons,we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any products, unless a product is deemed faulty.
- Please choose your products and shades carefully when ordering as we do not refund products for change of mind or incorrect choice.
- We use the manufacturers professional product images and swatches for reference where ever possible.
- We recommend you consider your own skin tone when selecting shades and remember that the manufacturers pictures may look a little different on your screen to the finished product.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
- All items are inspected prior to dispatch, We take great care when packing your order so it arrives to you in perfect condition. However in the case that your item has been damaged in transit, Please contact us with photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please do not use or swatch the product if it has been damaged in transit, The item will be required to be returned unused & in all original packaging.
- Once your claim has been assessed & is deemed to be damaged, We will arrange for a return & a replacement item to be sent out wherever possible or a refund will be issued.
- Please contact us if you believe your item to be faulty. All faulty goods are returnable and refundable once they are reviewed & deemed faulty by Quay Cosmetics. All faulty return claims must be notified within 30 days of date of purchase.
